Social Ecology of Resilience - Pathways to Resilience II Dates: 7-10 June 2010 Venue: Halifax, Canada This international conference brings together presenters from 6 continents to explore aspects of resilience. The researchers concerned with child and adolescent development, family processes, and the social determinants of health will meet front-line service providers, child advocates, and policy makers from different professional backgrounds. The goal is to help those attending sharing knowledge about the interaction between psychological factors and the social, economic, political and cultural forces that shape children's and adolescents' pathways to resilience when they are seriously disadvantaged.
